Claude Pasquer Landscape gardener and Sculptor.
Three passions animate me; plants and their uses, drawing and spaces design , sculptures and the spirit which they confer on a garden.
16 business years enabled me to intervene on sites of any sizes ; the wide landscape fascinates me , the composition and the harmony of a park challenge me, and small gardens enable me to make people dream, to invent a space to be seen, but more over to experience.
I like to interact with places laden with history, where the meticulous observation and the consideration of their features are the first bases of thoughts on a project. The places where I intervened, and worth visiting are the castle of Vascoeuil in the department of Eure, the castle of Maisons Laffitte near Paris, and the castle of Rivau (Touraine) for its labyrinth ...
A design project is a history on its own! And it has to be a beautiful one : the alchemy between an owner and his objectives, the site and its features, the designer and his creative passion.
My passion for gardens led me a few years ago to start creating specific sculptures which sign my landscape design now.
You will thus be able to discover my achievements in following places ;
Metal sculptures for Castle of Rivau (Touraine) or in Hotel Lancaster (Paris), vegetable sculptures (Ajoupa Bouillon - Martinique) or the garden of some of your friends? . I introduce you my sculptures for garden. I mix wire netting and iron to express attitude and movement. I recall my childhood fantasy and interpret it. I enjoy unexpected encounters with my animals within the gardens ...
I like to communicate my passions and know-how, this is why I teach in continuous training at "École Nationale Supérieure Du Paysage de Versailles", where I am in charged of "Sketch of garden" courses.
If you are interested in those lessons, please apply directly at the school There is a strong demand on this course, and it is quickly booked.
