I live in Vienna, Austria, where I was born and raised.

 I spent most of my professional
life working behind the stage in opera houses (Vienna Volksopera ,Salzburg
Festival) and dealt with set design and stage decoration. After 39 years of
experience in this branch, I retired in 2016 and said „adieu“   to the positively turbulent life in the
theater. Since then I have dedicated myself fully to my longtime passion for
abstract painting.

I am a self-taught artist who enjoys and appreciates all types of
creative arts. I am particularly drawn to painting as I am fascinated by it’s
potential for expressing   moods and emotions via the canvas. I am
partial to intense color combinations and prefer to work with acrylics. I am
also experimental  and am currently
venturing into techniques such as fluid painting, resin art, scraping and
combinations thereof…
