At the Académie des Beaux-Arts de Charleroi (Belgium), with Joël Fontaine and Pierre Debatty, I learned paint acrylic techniques. From their teaching, I have kept in particular a constant search for the light in a picture. With Josiane Troonen, I have been able to continue this research, in the field of watercolours. I especially like playing with the transparencies, painting wet-in-wet. During a year of training in art therapy with Brigitte Sénecca, I met Véronique Olivier, who was transmitting in the field of singing and voice expression.
