Desc. :	The pastures of Loriaz with their hut remains for me the most magic place of the area of Mont-Blanc ; reached in 2 small hours from the village of Vallorine. The chalets were built by the Walser people in 15th century and are now maintained by the Community of Vallorcine. The view contents Wallis, and from the Aiguilles du Tour to Mont-Blanc. An assembly of lines and levels, lights which are an exceptional source of inspiration. We stayed there for a week in Sept ’09 with an unique welcome by Dominique Ancey, guardian of the hut and by the people of Vallorcine.
