It has always drawn from an early age. A 15-year high school student again, he discovered oil painting and the great masters: Chardin - Corot - Courbet, through small art books in black and white, he discovered flea. Immediately, he began to study and copy up to its admission to the competition of Fine Arts in October 1969. In this institution, he received five years, an academic based on the study from the ancient plaster and the human body along with figurative painting in the workshops of the school.
His first appearances in the exhibition date from 1973/74 with the annual exhibition of the school of fine arts.
From 1981 to 1983, a stay in Paris where he attended academies and free workshops to draw including the Louvre and the Jeu de Paume Impressionists. It also keeps the memory of a major exhibition of Monet's "period of Giverny" at the cultural center of the Marais, and important event marking the result of his artistic career.
His works are part of private collections in Tunisia and abroad: France - Saudi Arabia -Austria.
There are also some acquisitions of works by the Tunisian state.
Currently, he resides in Bizerte, where he painted on the ground and in the workshop of the Corniche, near the Cap Blanc which is the northern tip of the African continent facing Europe.
