Painting was revealed to me during my secondary school where I was discovered and encouraged by my professor of plastic arts. He gave me private lessons of painting and sculpture every Wednesday afternoon. I followed plastic arts classes in high school and I took part of training courses with painters. I obtained my Baccalauréat in plastic arts.

My first exhibition was in Orange in 1991, followed by a second one two months later in the same city. I settled in Montpellier in 1992 to study Plastic arts during the time I discovered Pop Art.    I obtained finally an undergraduate diploma in Communication and Sciences of the language. In spite of my desires to create, I only painted once in a while during my first years on Montpellier. I spent my time between studying and working in student jobs. I painted few paintings by request, especially a series of naked drawings.

From 1997, I collaborated in a nursery school during 6 years where I was teaching plastic arts. With this experience, I draw in 1998 paintings for an exhibition for the child’s rights for Amnesty International (Thonon-Les-Bains). I decided to stop painting for a while in order to give more time to my studies I took up again and for my family life.

I increased in maturity after the birth of my second daughter in 2006 and I slowly came back to my first loves in 2007. I created and carried out all the decoration and the posting of a store called “La Marchande” in Grenoble. I put a lot of myself on educational projects in plastic arts dedicated to Andy Warhol in an elementary school. In summer 2007, I exposed my paintings in a town called Salvetat-sur-Agout and decided to concentrate only on my field of predilection: Painting and Pop Art.

I participate in exhibitions since December 2007. The first two were personal and called “Des Pommes, des Poires et des Scoubidous” in two restaurants, the “Pain et Cie” and the “Baloard”, located in Montpellier. After, I took part in an exhibition with various artists at the “Corum”, a forum for painters. One month later, I took part in an auction for Zonta association, and since April, I expose some of my works in a town in a gallery, “the Open art”.

If my style is very influenced by Pop Art, I paint especially what I feel or what I want people to feel. Painting is for me a way to escape, to express myself and to share. I like my paintings be seen, admired, criticized and sometimes be disturbing! Now, I live by the way of the gesture and the colour."
