Jean Michel SALVADOR was born in France in 1971 from Italian parents and was an antiques dealer for 15 years in Montauban, South West of France.

In 1999, he started painting 18th century style screens inspirated from old models, according to his clients tastes.
He now presents a wide galery of geisha portraits painted from photos of Meiji era photographers such as Kusakabe Kimbei and Tamamura Kosaburo, but also dogs portraits dressed up in costumes of old times and chinese and japanese style screens.
His main clients are designers from USA and Northern Europe. You're welcome for any question or information.
