Born in Morocco, Geral has began to paint under the mastery of Eugène Baboulène in the "Ecole des Beaux Arts" of Toulon. Geral is nowdays working between a home in the Var South of France, and the workshop of Arteum, an association of painters based in Chateau-Neuf le Rouge at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain so much celebrated by Paul Cezanne.
Certainly influenced by this unique light of the Provence which inspired so many painters going from those called of L'Estaque to Van Gogh during his stay in Arles and others, Geral is building a picturing work very rich in colors
