Valentinas Yla was born on the 1 of December in 1963 in Anyksciai (Lithuania).

Valentinas Yla is a member of Vilnius Art Club ,,Pleksnes”. He works on oil painting and pastel on a sand paper. Lot of pastels and paintings were brought away to USA, UK, Germany, Russia, Norway, Denmark, Italy, and Finland.
