Elisabeth
Tr├ęzeguet , known as Mutti, was born and brought up  in Carcassone in the South of France in 1952.
She moved to Paris in 1979. The artistic wealth of the capital gave her the
opportunity to cultivate her artistic talents especially painting. Her artistic
tastes are eclectic ranging from Corot to Dali through Van Gogh to Turner.  She is passionately interested in literature,
history and the cinema as well as being a frequent visitor to old villages and
sea resorts all of which nourish her artistic inspiration to an equal
degree.

Her artistic
ambition springs from an overwhelming and irresistible need to express her
innermost emotions.  To her mind Art is
not reserved to an elite but accessible to all who share a love of beauty,
creation and emotion.
