 I am a self taught arist who grew up in a small town in Oregon. I used to love being outdoors, travelling,
listening to music, and dancing as a child.
My uncle lived in San Francisco CA during the 70's and my sister and I would go with our grandparents on long road trips to visit him. California was incredibly exciting to me and I fell in love with the San Francisco Bay Area especially.
I can remember the day I knew that I would one day live there.
After many moons passed I found myself actually setting myself free and embarking on a journey that would forever change my life.
This journey was a path into my heart and the result is what I present as my ART. Or as I also call it, My hART!
Music, Dance, Nature, and Travelling are still the main joys in my life, as well as major influences in my creative works.
ART to me is about expressing and communicating the world in which I experience it.
My creations are an alchemical blend of all aspects of my life into one large piece of ART.
Most of what I use in my art pieces comes from creative reuse. This is one way I recycle.
My paintings are made using oil, acrylic, as well as different types of paints, pencils, and ink.
Most of my paintings are created on boards that were going to be thrown away.
Some pieces have been created on table tops that were dumpster bound, mirrors, parts to furniture, pieces of broken glass, and more.
Everywhere I look I see beauty and with LOVE, everything remains beautiful. I share with you my hART in hopes you become free!
I also do digital representations of all images you see on this website. These paintings are the basis for all of my digital work. If you are interested in a digital version, please contact me. They can be created in any size.
