I was born in Kiev, Ukraine in 1982 and spent the first 11 years of my life there. In 1993, I immigrated to Canada.
I began to study spiritual writings and practice meditation at a young age. I continued and deepened this practice for many years.
My art is the result of my spiritual practice.
From the very beginning, I have used the surrealist method of automatic drawing and painting. The images come from my unconsciousness, unchecked and uninhibited.
I believe that they also resonate with the collective unconsciousness.
I believe my work has great meaning and significance. I have been called "a Surrealist Genius" by Keith Widgor, the founder of SurrealismNow. I have been interviewed on the radio and my art will be featured in the movie "Brothers in Communion."
