I was born in Landes.
After studying literature at the university of Bordeaux, I tried to give my pupils a taste for words. As an adolescent, painting was my first mode of expression.
The desire to write came later. I illustrated myself my three published works: Le château de Morte Colombe, L'alouette et le rat dégoût et autres nouvelles, Paysages et états d'âme dans le Grand Meaulnes.
I mostly use watercolour painting even if I often apply it AS poster paint. I favour the expression of an emotion, a thought , a climate through movements and colors.
Some paintings are done with oil and acrylic paint.
My pictures are figurative, realistic or creations from the imaginary.Nature is the main source of inspiration of my realistic works. My imaginary creations are illustrations born from an emotion, an emotion felt at a given time; sometimes following a dream, a read.
Painting, being more impulsive, less intellectual than writing, reveals, before words, what is lurking in the subconscious.
