On the line D of the RER (subway) as background, it's in 1989 that I made my first graphic compositions within a collective of graffors having for name: EN1/NEC.Then in 1992, I started with gouaches on paper. Parallel to my studies of Contemporary History, I continued to paint, changing supports, advancing slowly and waiting for the moment!!! It will come, 10 years later... Black features, coloured surfaces, portraits, women... accompanied by music.

2002: my choice is made, I decided to leave the National Education Institute.

2003: First personal expositions (Café de la Poste, Paris 4e...) and first sales... In September, an angel came... and became MUSE!

2004: step for the professionalisation of my activity as painter, inscription at the " Maison des Artistes " ( public institution for artists in France)

2004/07/28 : Advertising bills in Paris by the association "Courant d'art".

2004/10/16 : Exposition in the " Marché de la Création " (fleemarket of Art ) in Bastille (Paris).

2004/10/23 - 2004/11/15 : Exposition at Ze' Repaire (coffee shop), 12 street Richard Lenoir, 75011 Paris.

2004 /12/06 : Permanent exposition at the Artwist Gallery, 32 street Michel le Comte, 75003 Paris.

2005/03/08 : Collective exposition at the JOY' S at the occasion of the Woman's Day.

2005/05/01 : "I punished on a flower..." is selected to make the cover of the Génésis review.

2005/05/21 - 2005/05/23 : Collective exposition to the "Salon Artistique" of Goussainville (95).

2005/05/22 : Performance at the brunch organized by the gallery Artwist and presentation of my new paints.

2005/06/04 - 2005/07/04 : Personal exposition at the bar " le Buveur de Lune ", 50 street Léon Frot, 75011 Paris.

2005/06/17 - 2005/07/31 : Personal exposition at the restaurant " le Vinéa Café ", 26 cour Saint Emillion 75012 Paris.

2005/07/04 - 2005/07/28 : Collective exposition with the association "Courant d'art" at the gallery " la Compagnie des Arts ", 10 Street Marie Stuart, 75003 Paris.

2005/08/01 : Permanent exposition at the Gallery " Schèmes ", 27 street Hôpital Militaire, 59800 Lille.

2005/08/13 : Exposition in the " Marché de la Création " (fleemarket of Art ) in Bastille (Paris)

I would define my work by what I call "la ligne sombre " (the dark line) in opposition to the "ligne claire" developed in the comic strip by authors like Hergé or Martin...). I reactualize the flat tints of colors and revalorizes them with my black lines. These ones are getting thicker then finer in order to create the subject of the painting. They follow the forms and meet, thus generating figurative characters hidden in the lines. For me, the framework is only the "restrictive" symbol of the canvas that's why I also paint the sides of it, thus allowing the canvas to live without a framework while making the "dark lines" carry on their way out of the paint...

The topics I approache in my painting result of every day scenes and often reflect a musical environment (the name of my paints often refer to titles or lyriks of songs).
