 I was born on 03/07/1966 in 18th Paris, I sculpture the stone and the marble from many years now...
My first approach of the volumes was during a training in the TNP of Villeurbanne. First material: polystirène coats with latexes - decorations of théatre-, two of my "executives" were held(retained) for the detail(room) " The straw hat of Italy " of E. Labiche staged by G. Lavaudan. The spectacle - and sound decorations left for tour in all France. First project: head satanicomique (sic!) it polystirène with skates old gold. It was the "click", the envy(urge) to plunge me into the material(subject), in direct size, of round dance works. Of a meeting with a Stone-cutter was born the need to measure me in this noble material(subject). First stone sculpture, stone of Euville: Double face.
My sculptures translate an intérprétatif concept, fed by my lived, I grant(tune) a lot of importance for the choice of the titles; Every feeling, event or meeting, puts its stone in the construction of my history...
The influences: first, African and oceanian Arts, search(research) for the working drawing! The subjects: maternity, Filiation, Character, Godess of Love, Spleen etc....
The pseudo: in 1989, I stayed six months in Seville, my address was: Bar San Lorenzo, Place San Lorenzo, District San Lorenzo a sign!
We predicted me as well as I would finish on the "parrilla", such the aforesaid Saint...
