Born in 1967 in Paris


After studying graphic arts and a degree at the Ecole du Louvre, Helene Maïdanatz opens her paint shop in 1997.
Besides teaching, she spends more and more time on her work.

My painting is part of the time:

one that scans the memory, generations, but also the unique and fugitive moments. It is built around portraits and nudes who interview or suspend time.

 I like mixed media, collage, acrylic and oil: by combining them, I play with poetical coincidence and a refined precision.

The interactivity between spectactors and paintings are essential: it permits after a principal's first "reading",to imagine your world, thanks to abstact areas where collage leads you away to your own imaginery.

She lives and works in Paris.
