Vanessa LE FRESNE was born in Paris in 1975.
In 1996, she gave up her studies in law to devote herself completely to the painting.
Hyper realistic in her debuts, she painted many trompe l'oeil some of which with the painter Anthony TAULE. These paintings were presented and sometimes awarded prizes at collective exhibitions in Paris and around.
In 2000, while keeping her technique hyper realistic, Vanessa turned away from the trompe l'oeil technique for the benefit of the feminine subject which became her main source of inspiration. Far from the imperfections of the human body which according to some people are its real nature, Vanessa Le Fresne started painting sublimated women. These paintings were exhibited in several Arts Fair (Paris-Bastille, Dusseldorf, Brussels,...) as well as in various galleries and showrooms.
For 2 years, she has gradually released her power and her instincts in the field of abstract painting which is the specific subject of this website. On big formats, her wide and precise gesture combined with her feminine sensibilty in the colour, deliver us compositions in which the eye finds its rest area, its escape, its space for dream. These paintings are mastered compositions where nothing is left at random.
Vanessa Le Fresne's conception of Art is that it has to be shared widely, so that we can all experience a feeling of grace, emotion and sensualism.
