Kingué Makembé is a visual artist whose whorkshop, located in Valréas (Vaucluse, France) 7bis rue de tourville, is open to visitors who like good abstract art.
Her original style which associates mineral textures and iron, gives a unique quality to her work.
Her usual technique consists in painting on a surface of lime plaster, which she smoothes down with stone before applying a patina.
Recent painting on canvas express another mood and smite the eye with their brilliant luminosity.
These striking works provoke reflection and stimulate the senses, they also reveal the duality of her feminity.
