In the 60s, I began with the photo in black and white. Then, the color gave another "lighting" to the photo. But something was missing: the possibility of transforming my photos: I had full of ideas but the technical means at my disposal did not allow me to give free rein to them.
And then the digital photo came. At the beginning, I was a little bit suspicious, as usual when we do not know. But very fast, I was convinced: I had finally found the means to transform my photos according to mas sensibility. The technology in the service of the art.
It is now possible to obtain the cliché(picture) which I imagined during the recording, more cut thanks to a subtle set of contrasts; more warmly, thanks to a regulation of colors to create the atmosphere which pleases me. I make finally what an artist-painter was always able to make: give a personal touch to my works.
I also create things from the computer, without camera. I am attracted by the nature, by all which is beautiful and the beautiful is everywhere: everything is in the way of looking. My photos are sold only only once; once sold, she is removed from the catalog. It is certified in writing.
I hope that the pleasure which you will take by contemplating my photos will be also big as the one that I had by realizing them.
