He grew up in the riverside industrial small town called Leninvaros (east side of Hungary).He was ten when he started to study art painting,graphical portrait,graphical landscapes drawing. At the first time he liked to copy art paintings with oil and acryl what actually helped him to get some of the very important basic techniques. At 12 the whole family moved to (Halle Neustadt) Germany for a short period of time where he maked improvement on graphical drawing and acrylic painting.When they moved back to Hungary he felt that he wants to make some really good improvement in art but there wasn`t succes support by the local art teachers.Until 17 he was living in hungary.In 1986 he was moved to north germany again.He was working in a nuclear power plant on north sea side where he got big impact of the different land and seascapes.He remembered: "I was watching the sea all day long I almost lost my job because of it".Because of the amount of working hours he was unable to make any pictures at that time.A little while after he moved to Canada ( Toronto,Montreal) There he learned that the art themes on canvas was totally different in the western world.Later he stated:"There was a style what was so free with it`s own system rules". He got big impact by abstract and surrealism.The modern art gave him new tunel of viewpoints of color use.(Kandinsky,Picasso,Rothko).When he was moved back to Hungary still studying art and graphics with commercial design but in the same time he involved to the heavy industrial business.(at that period he maked mostly graphic portraits and oils on canvas or woodboard)When he sold his heavy industrial company at 30 he was moved back to canada ( Toronto)There he was making abstract and surreal pictures fetaured by strong impulsive colors.Since 2005 he is living in the UK (England).He stated:"I finally find my own style at mix of realistic and surreal landscapes,situations with strong colors with my own sometimes naiv shapes what I brought from the childhood.But actually I`m unable to specify my own style.I think this is my style.I love to make seascapes because I saw the sea so late and I like to paint planets because I never able to see them.I hope I can give something to somebody with those elements" Under this years he was also involved to photgraphy and digital art. |
