Vyggy Wind
Quick access : Flight for the light Womirds Paintings |  Vyggy Wind (in Lithuania known as Vygantas Vėjas) was born on June 2, 1972, in Virbalai, a small Lithuanian village. it was a very early morning, at 3.05 a.m. to be exact, with nightingales singing and sowthistles blooming, and there was a sign from somewhere beyond the empyrean... just later it was forgotten... perhaps... that was the beginning. later there was a school, an art school, and finally, Vilnius Art Academy and the degree of Master of Arts. and again flowers were blooming and birds were singing, and everything - real and unreal - was together...once and forever... since 2000, eight personal exhibitions is Lithuania and four in Japan, where Vyggy lived and worked for 3 years, have been arranged. three joint projects together with another Lithuanian artist Daumantas Kazdailis have been presented. Vyggy has participated in various joint exhibitions, performances and plein-airs (open air events). at present Vyggy is travelling in Europe, playing his favourite instrument, electric guitar, and painting his impressions from being in and with the World.I love you. life is beautiful! |
