 Hello. My name is Tom. I am an artist. I play music ( guitar), write songs, and of course, paint and draw.
I began playing music 35 years ago. I started sketching and drawing about 15 years ago. I didn't "know" I could draw, until I tried it! Funny, isn't it, that many people will tell "you" (and themselves) that they cannot do or learn certain things. They don't have the natural "talent". People have made that "self judgment" to me, many times. I sometimes respond to such folks with: " I didn't think I could draw or paint either, until I read a few hundred books and had done a few hundred drawings".
Only after putting the work and time in, could I even "imagine" the possibilities drawing and painting afforded me. It appears to moi, that there seems to be many contented to "watch" others "do/live", and some who prefer to experience and do, themselves.
My web-site will be evolving ( like the person who creates it) soon. It will only be one artist's work and what the pictures "mean" to him, alone. I am only one person sharing "their" experience. Nothing more or less.
If any of my titles or " descriptions" of my work confuse you? Don't fret. "You" and I have had different experiences. You could write me if you need further explanation, or just assume you don't understand because of? , well, whatever you choose. I only share these days. no preaching needed. Remember where I live i.e., the city?
