Web designer for more than 12 years and contemporary painter in the making, Magel was educated, amongst other places, at the “Fine Arts School of Toulouse”. The world of her paintings is largely inspired by nature, for which she has the greatest respect. She has inherited from her paternal grandmother, Marguerite Bigard, her taste for colour and landscape. Marked by her knowledge of art, she is amazed by the masters of Impressionism and Fauvism. Web designer and graphic artist by trade, she uses her work tools for painting. Magel produces digital compositions on the subjects that she loves: cities, regions of the world, fauna, flora, art deco etc. Although not having painted for several years, because she doesn’t have the time at the moment to paint with brushes and acrylic colours, she has found a compromise in digital art. Indeed, if one considers that painting is the first "development" of a two-dimensional space, whatever its size, technique, or medium, then we can more easily accept the idea that it can be treated virtually. You have to just adapt your reflexes as a painter towards the canvas and consider the computer screen as that blank space. */"Art is an old soul who must live in a new body"/* said Piet MONDRIAN. Rather colorist, she wishes you a very safe journey in her world of colors!
