Andrew Tyler Foulk Billings was born on november 28, 1983 in the quite coastal town of Vista, Caliofornia. He began drawing at the young age of five and took a liking to other arts at a young age as well. The inspiration of his younger years came from cartoonists Mark Kistler "Mark Kistlers Draw Squad" and "Bill Watterson "Calvin and Hobbes." He continued to draw and eventually developed a love of painting and Theatre. Soon, in highschool he began designing and painting sets for school plays. Through an examination of theatre and art history Billings found yet more inspiration from film directors and late artists including, but not limited to: Tim Burton, Van Gogh, Da Vinci, Michelangelo, and O'keeffe.

Andrew is now currently in pursuit of a degree in Architecture. He continues to draw and Produce prints of his and others works.
