Benetti, born in Bologna in 1964, with the support expressed for many years qualified audience of critics and their ideas and their painting in contemporary art. In May 2011, Benetti has been invited by the University of Salento, Department of Cultural Heritage, to hold a workshop on the art to Neorupestre students of the Bachelor of Contemporary Art History, presented by Professor Massimo Guastella. In September 2011 it was Benetti's exhibition held inside the caves of Castellana, which is joined the research program on contemporary Department of Culture of the University of Salento.
