      I am an artist who studied illustration for six years. I obtained an honours degree in illustration.Having studied illustration I later decided that I wanted to paint pictures instead and to exhibit them in galleries. This I have done regularly for the last ten years. Here I list afew of my exhibitions.

For several years I had a studio at Wimbledon where I exhibited and sold my work regularly at the Open Studios. I also at this time undertook a wide range of commissions from portraits to murals in shops. I moved to France nine years ago and since then have exhibited my paintings on a regular basis. I am also a member of 'The Association of British Naive Artists' and exhibit with them in the U.K.

For my paintings I find my inspiration in all aspects of life. This is reflected in my different subject matter and the media and style in which I choose to work. I am influenced by a wide range of different artists, and because of this, like to try out different techniques and approaches depending on what I want to say. All that I see, experience or daydream about in daily life is what I choose to paint. More recently, I have turned again to my true passion which is illustrating for children's books, and so now am focusing on this area.
