Born by accident in 1946 in Cherbourg.
His entire childhood was spent in the stream of Parisian life.
Very young, interested in drawing and color work, he already covered the sidewalks of streets adjacent to his headquarters by the caricatures of his classmates, using chalk colors given by his teacher. This place, ow pictorial and perpetual in its expression, led him seriously to pursue a career as a draftsman in an engineering office.
Passionate also by the photographic art, he collects several awards at contests held in different cities, Nîmes, Arles, Cholet,Versailles, Pontoise, etc...
He lives in southwestern France-Tarn- since 1975 after having met and married 8 years sooner a girl from Albi.
Self-taught, he practiced for twenty years painting which is its preferred partner in its moments of escape, rebellion and creation and the influence of photography is always present: contrast, construction, main topic.
He works only with the " primary " colors and always with oil or sometimes acrylic or both. The media is often the panel-medium- it is more rigid than the canvas and it suits better : The dialogue with his brush is more intense and intimate.
" The painting is for me much more than a fascinating object. It is the required witness to resolve this confusion in me.This space that I take ,becomes autobiographical and often close to mystery and sometimes to limits of reality: it  is also a reality transfigured ".
He gives great importance to the titles of his works, as he often tells a story or anecdote.Then the careful viewer to decipher his questions and investigations in order to throw light on his own story.
In 2001, with the insistance of his friends he begins to show his works in exhibitions. His reserve, always excessive, hinders him to appear in shows more personal. Several pizes are awarded to him.
Delice expresses in his works that are done in warm colors, a sense of melancholy and mystery,and beauty which is to be discovered about the world around him. His landscapes are aware of any details and he invites you to escape thanks to his high sensitivity
