Claudio Oliva born (1978) in Rieti. He studies cinema at “Roma Tre” University. Director, photographer and author, the first professional experiences are participations in short films: co-screenwriter on "Ma perché non esci?" (2002) by Giorgio Galieti, funded by the Art, Music and Spectacle Department of Roma Tre University and presented at the “Arcipelago” Festival in Rome, assistant director and operator on " Donner a voir "(2003) by Simone Paglia and Marco Giallonardi, then director and co-screenwriter in the short film" Making Off "(2005) funded by Art, Music and Spectacle Department of Roma Tre University. In 2007 he refounded the company "Teatro Deluxe" and in the same year he began producing, acting as director or co-authored the play "Pearl" – Portratit of a sleepless figure, whose debut came in June 2008 at the Underground Kollatino area of Rome ( replicas are followed at Teatro Eur, Teatro Forte, Teatro Palladium and the Sala Cutu of Perugia). Close to the world of photography also since the end of the nineties, from 2007 he intensifies its production mainly dealing theater, portrait and reportage. He uses analog and digital support, also working with the large format (monorail camera). In 2008 he was photographer of the show "Nafta Café" by the company "Il cane pezzato", "E ..." by the company "Stabile assai" from Rebibbia prison, finally of the pièce "I silenzi di Fedra" by company "I ludici". For dance he portrays two pieces of Michela Minguzzi, "Transeunte" and "Unbalance". In 2008 he dedicated himself to the reportage also, producing "Teathrical", service about workers of a famous Roman theater and "Sinergie", ample work informative and documentation purposes on the activities of homonym social cooperative operating in Formello (RM). Always on a drive to experiment leads him to a number to realize “Faceless”, a project on the identity of the human figure involving the actress Vera Michela Suprani. This work has started with the series "Feminea" (2009) from which was born of the same name movie (2009) produced by Teatro Deluxe. This video was presented in combination with the photos in the following exhibitions: "Giovani promesse destinate ad una fine certa” at the center of contemporary art Duncan 3.0, ”DEUS EX MACHINA_D.x.M.01_ the technology applied to the performing arts, at Kollatino Underground,“ Movement effect” II - Overview of the contemporary language of the body, Forte Prenestino, Luogo Comune ’09, Villa Serena, Bologna, Rome, “Alias Res” '09 – Creative Movements , Festival of dance and contemporary visual arts, Ferrara. The project "Faceless" includes, in addition to "Feminea", the series: "Black Russian" (2009), "Siren's Dream" (2009), "Countryland" (2009) and "Swamp Women" (2009). Important is also the study on the bare and the movement continued through the series that make up the project "Female Nudes" (with particular attention to the "moved"). Inherent in the crystallization of the movement is the work (single set) "Poppies" (2008). Collaboration with the projects "Rinassense" and "Traslochi ad Arte" has allowed him to exhibit in Rome (Faenas Cafe, Cafe Chakra, Felt Music Club, etc.) on several occasions.
