Christelle Saint-Just

I can’t remember when I first started to draw… probably as soon as I could hold a pen.
When I was a kid, I remember being thrilled at the sight of a blank sheet of paper, a pencil or some colour…
Transcribing or creating forms and colours, adding some depth to them and, most of all, putting some emotion; that’s what it’s all about. Portraitist, realistic photos, I carry out portraits with the pastels according to photographs, I also paint with of the oil paint, I carry out portraits of masaïs, I makes them to expose them. Faces are what y prefer, they are the nicest reflection of our humanity.
They are olive and it is as I their eyes were talking to me.
There is always something positive about a face.
All faces are hand some, one only needs to find the aright photography.
In the future, I would like to make photos of my models myself in order to put even more life into my portraits.
