Claude Charbono - Enter the gallery

I’m a French painter. I was born  in Anjou, and over a long period of time I learned  painting by myself, but when I moved to St Gilles Croix de Vie (Vendée) I attended some courses from professional painters living at the sea side and I worked on it (my painting) a lot.
My first exposition was in 1991 in the oriental park of Maulévrier (Anjou), then I participated at some expositions   at the sea side in such various places as St Gilles Croix de Vie, Sables d’Olonne, Apremont, Givrand, St Jean de Monts (Conference Hall exposition organized by Amnesty  International). I won some prizes: some bronze and silver medals and first, second and third prizes.
In 2008 I got a first prize at a painting competition in the castle of “La Chabotterie” (Vendée), using a mixed technique. On that day, there were 250 painters who were participating for it’s one of the more famous painting competitions in Vendée.
