My favourites painters and influences : Paul Cézanne, Nicolas de Staël, Vassily Kandinsky, Zao Wou Ki, Vahé Hékimian.

I have always been attracted by art and painting and I finally beagn to draw and paint in 1985. I followed drawing and painting classes at the municipal art school in Thouars (Deux-Sèvres, France), where I lived then.

My artistic culture has been developped by visits in museums and exhibitions, and also during travels in Italy.
I've been doing exhibitionssince the 1990s in several places and local events in Poitou-Charentes.

Back in Poitiers where I made my studies, I felt more than ever the need to paint and I joined the Artresan association in Buxerolles, in 2007. I also participate in several "Carnets de voyage" courses.

Although figurative painting is always an essential exercise for me, I've felt for a long the desire to express myself in a different way and I'm attracted by abstract painting which allows a wider creativity.

I have a lot of pleasure partularly with mixed technics - acrylics, stuck paper on canvas, sticking different materials giving volume - but I always end up with oil painting which textures and shade I appreciate.
